This set was recorded at the Om Reunion Project’s winter solstice celebration, “Dreamcatcher,” which was held on December 19th, 2008, in Toronto, Canada. The style is a frosty blend of minimal techno, progressive house, and deep psychedelic trance influences, mixed and arranged by DJ Basilisk. The scope is somewhat limited as it is a relatively short set but it should make for good listening nonetheless. Enjoy!

I’ve been listening to this regularly for the past few weeks and it’s still on regular rotation, which is a great indicator of how strong this mix is. Nice and progressive with some melody thrown in for good measure. Builds nicely to a strong finish. My only complaint is that it’s a bit too short, which isn’t an entirely bad thing, as it doesn’t overstay its welcome and leaves you wanting more. 5 stars.
