  • deto says:

    “have half a minute” sry

  • illusionation says:

brilliant stuff. my current fav is 511 keV. on the other hand tears deconstructed is not to my taste. but all in all 5/5 :)

  • Rf says:

Aww, can’t you accept my overwhelmed emotion, my enjoyment spectrum is extremely wide and I can’t narrow it down. And even if I did I would be afraid to hear the same track over and over because the artists would just take advantage of it. In fact this is how epic trance was born they just eliminated the build up of tracks and jumped straight to the “good” part and repeated it over and over in each track for the whole party for like 10 years.

But fine if you insist, I liked Chrono and Observation Center. These tracks are more mellow but provide with plenty of atmosphere. Chrono gives you just enough to get you interested in the following music and is an ideal way to warm up. After listening to all the techy stuff Observation Center comes in literaraly soothing and washing over again with plenty of atmospheres and subtle melodies keep the energy constant, I would keep going if I was mixing with similar stuff before pumping back with techno, in fact since it’s an album a track like that justifies the use of a loop feature it perfectly falls into Chrono and you can keep listening again.

I guess these two tracks is what they call dub techno, but I wouldn’t overload on it, I have a very beautiful mix of dub techno and it’s very hard to get into because I find you drown in atmospheres eventually.

On your album there is a lot of balancing so that’s way I liked the whole thing and was genuinely excited.

  • jaja says:

definately track 8 : ) but the whole album is perfect, its the gentle way of dubtech.

  • mmmaciej says:

Freakin Awesome! Love it! Thanks for making it!

  • nyxl says:

Great album – I like Kisses a lot and was wondering if the tracks here could keep up with that, but I’m not disappointed at all – I love the constant motion in your tracks and the sounds just fit perfectly.
My current favourites are Chrono, T-Echoes and Observation Center. Tears Deconstructed has too much of that “woop”-sound for me.
    Thanks a lot for this

I’m absolutely in love with this album! I’m used to great stuff from Digital Diamonds, but this blew me away. My favorite tracks are, by far, Chrono (Wasted Time Mix) and 511 keV. I look forward to hearing more from D&G in the future! :)

@Rf: this is nothing to do with us but in general thats true. i just asked. We don’t want to follow any trends. we do what we want and you decide to follow us or not. Both choices are equally right.

  • adem says:

It is so hard to choose fav track, but mb it is “Tears Deconstructed”, the new life of my lovely “Tears”. “511 keV (Album Load)” looks interesting, i like its serious atmosphere. “Chrono” (both tracks) reminds me early Orbital’s works :D “T-Echoes” and “Surgery” aren’t the best tracks, but sounds good. “Tangerter” is really powerful and smart. And the final track “Observation Center” is ok, nice end of the debut album.

Thanks for very fresh sounds and great work, keep on going in this way!

p.s. i’m your #1 fan! check out URL in my nick.
