Kino Oko, better known in his hometown of Warsaw as Grzegorz Magnuszewski, has released Amazing Journey To The Bathroom EP to promote the crowdfunding campaign for his sixth full-length album on Pledge Music. As one of the most innovative and experimental artists to emerge from the psychedelic dance music scene of the 1990s, Kino Oko remains true to his principles of “independence, freedom, and liberty” by exploring the outer limits of electronic music production, bypassing labels to retain full creative control of the project. Unshackled from limits and expectations, Kino Oko delves into funk-fortified breakbeats and disco-flavored electronica. He has more to say in this artist statement:

I had to open my eyes, sometimes in pain, deny all that I knew to develop something that hasn’t existed in my life before. In order to eventually understand that only endless change can make me feel well. Every time I sit in front of equipment I discover beautiful things all over again despite the fact I have done it so many times before. It’s like an AMAZING JOURNEY TO THE BATHROOM.

After receiving a warm reception to Live In Saint Petersburg, Kino Oko returns with Moscow 2011, a two hour set recorded live at Club Vozduh in Moscow on October 1st, 2011. This set includes a bunch of unreleased tracks as well as a few that will never be released.
