Only medium quality release, in my opinion: there is not a track that really disappointed me but, in the same time, I didn’t find any high level quality that I’m looking for in every release I listen. A Full-On compilation like many others in circulation, for me…sorry. Anyway, total & max respect for every artist involved in this project, obviously. I appreciate to listen to it, for sure…but in the meantime, it didn’t left in me any good vibe, or sensation, after… :-]

Not agree with Cristiano this is very nice and solid full-on night compilation. It seems that Cristiano is expecting more darkpsy music. I totally recommend this release.
Probably, beyenfer…You are right (and of course the other users). The – partial – confirm of this is that most (not at all, about 80/90%) of the latest Full-On albums I found, for me, aren’t cool, staying in a low-medium line of appreciating. Usually listening (in this last period) to more Darkpsy/Psycore (…and even High-Tech…) releases, maybe had (temporally, I hope … ;-) ) modified my tastes and criticism about various styles. And, in adding, after many years (from ’97-’98 ’till now, without pause..) of listening first Goa and after Psy-Trance/Full-On, my ears and my mind probably needs a ‘break’, looking for (…and loving) other kind of sounds and atmosphere… Anyway, I’m trying to listen this compilation another time…trying to enjoy it… ;-)

THIS IS JUST AN OPINION!!!! We all have our own and I respect and consider others .If we just shut our ears and stubbornly sit on “ours” how will we ever learn or discover new things.
With the scene being flooded with so much “sigh….yawn” lackluster Progressive these days,good quality Full-on is a welcome wake up from the mundane and monotonous world of progressive.
I don’t know where and when it happened,but somehow “progressive” got crossed up with “straight” as far as the structure of the song(insert genre here).
I would think that a “progressive” track should ..well progress.Tell a story,beginning a middle and an end.Yet any time a genre is tagged progressive it gradually becomes weak in structure,energy and any sort of hook or sound that makes it stand out from the rest of the “i’m so mature that I sound like the last progressive boring crap”.
I have deep respect for genre that keep it “real” so to say exp. Deep House and straight techno.Not most people’s cup of tea, but a rather unpretentious and “take it or leave it” attitude.
This all coming from a Dj tagged as progressive trance! Hard,Melodic,Epic and Melancholic ?…Yes. Progressive ? I Don’t Think So…in fact NO!

Cristiano: If you don’t have anything nice to say… i shouldn had to explain any further. The comment section shouldn’t be a place to dissapoint the artists just because the compilation doesn’t match your personal taste. What you’re talking about isn’t about quality but a matter of style preferences, this compilation follows the same quality standard just as any other release from the label, it just seems that, as many others (like me), full on night isn’t your thing.
You have plenty of genre divided categories here in Ektoplazm, please take a moment to look for the genre that matchs your personal taste before talking shit about other people’s work that took many mnay hours of effort and hard work.
