It’s about time someone did this! Very nice. Spanish guitar and trance are secret lovers.

lat track has a guitarpart from sphongle?! awesome morningmusic, very chilled and cool, a little bit santanavibe with a little bit psy. perfect for this 30 degree morning between two festivals…^^ please make an album together with fun cake ;) @robert_blomquist: its morning….it’s produced well, fine sounds, melodies, …it’s creative and original (part one has a hammond organ;))…wanna always listen to the same aggressive, boring dark bum bum? in the morning? when the sun is shining bright and it’s all positive around us? shalom =)

  • ristafunk says:

hey what an awesome summer album that sounds well chilled out..gonna take it sailing in croatia with us, will be perfect..
@robert_blomquist: fair enough you don’t like it but give them credit where credit is due..the production is sublime and these guys obviously know what they are doing and they are doing it very well..
plus i don’t see any FREE releases from you on here..

ps. i love the drop and roll album too..kicks arse..!!!

    thanks Club Kooma

  • salai says:

I was about to say something on release day, but was interested if someone else find out, too.

I think it´s not only the one track where the guitar is not self played by the Club Kooma.
I could not identify all guitars, but I heard the most allready in the past!

soundquality is crap, also the mastering!!!

    don´t want a fight, I just say ;)

  • robban says:

Yes looks like these guys just rip off other bands riffs and use their samples…Also noticed juno R. +some other familiar samples there..

  • kesar says:

cant we dwnld single tracks?? i don need d full album, juz 3 tracks…!! plz rep

  • says:

I’m working on it :) keep an eye on the blog for updates.

  • Uruculator says:

Awesome release! Thanks once again Psy Family!

  • nemesys says:

Good album that I have listened to several times already. To the haters, if we were to discount every piece of psytrance that used samples there wouldn’t be much left. I personally would prefer the sampling of melodic instrumentals to another “oh god my brain is melting” sample from some old scifi flick. I hardly think this album qualifies as “ripping off” other music. Fun release, thanks!

  • pavel svimba says:

the juno reactor guitar part is not even a sample, its played by Joppe Louhio, and yes, it pays respect to Juno Reactors pistolero.
anyway i’cant really understand why sampling other artists seems to be so big problem especially in psychedelic trance, remember your roots, in the beginning of electronic music, it was all about sampling. amen beat, the prodigy, daft punk, and so on… and for an example in rap, it still is.

  • pavel svimba says:

and before some besserwisser says it, yeah it was also about 909 and 303.

  • David says:

Awesome Album, thanks! Fun to listen too, danceable and fresh sounds :)

  • George says:

Awesome album! I enjoy all of it. Like the use of the think break in track five, never heard this in psy :)

  • exiom says:

Thanks very VERY much, it’s great album. Instant favorite.
    Cheers :)

  • Nymphomania says:

I expected I would like this, as I love suomi in general.

I don’t think the music holds together well, however, thanks to the constant sampling of soloing guitars from other songs. The guitar theme on this album seems poorly integrated and overdone. It hinders my appreciation of the electronic production on this album, which is rough but contains some ideas I would like if they were not coupled with the guitar samples.

    2 or 3 / 5

  • The O says:

I absolutely LOOOVE this album and i don’t care if the guitars are sampled and I personally don’t even have anything against the production in itself. It a fucking solid album man :) gotta be my favorate already :D

  • 2bias says:

    I like the opener.
