Ekoplex is Ray Vincent, a multifaceted psytrance producer currently based in Toronto, Canada, already known across the country for his engaging live shows. The Enter The Dragon EP showcases three different sides to Ekoplex’s production capabilities: Premonition pulsates with full-on energy and a dirty techtrance drive, Astronomical Unit exudes dark and whimsical qualities, and Julia delves into bright and melodic vibes for the morning hours. Astronomical Unit is such a fantastic song. The true melody that comes through at 3:35, 5:12 and 5:45 is just such a memorable and uplifting sound…I never want it to end! It’s like the juicy middle of a delicious treat =)
