A tasty excursion into future sound, the unprobed regions of the mind, and unspoken languages expressed through sound and dance. We hope you enjoy losing yourself inside of the Labyrinth as much as we have! Much more on the way! Mastering by Arahat @ Psycircle Studios. Artwork by Steven Cerio. UV Mandala and design by Nicolo @ PsyberTribe.

    Killer VA!!

Even if it does sound 10 years old… (by no means a bad thing in an age of mass-produced discardable music)
Solid production from all Artists, diverse enough without sounding all over the place, yet still consistent throughout.
We are presented with a wide variety of synths, leads & textures, rather than the all-too-common FM lead overdose that pervades most contemporary releases.
Clean mastering & amazing Artwork really wrap it up nicely with a bow, delivering the kind of package we have grown to expect & love from PsyberTribe over the years.
Thank you Nicolo for reminding us that darkpsy was not always (& should not be) synonymous with low standards & bad production!

Now here’s hoping that part 2 will carry this same high standard into the more current tempo ranges! ;]

    RESTECP!!!

Ok so comment above. Current tempo ranges? Are you talking about high tech 180-200 bpm?

No thx, I would rather have 140-170. 150-160 dark psy is the best tempos imo.

  • Goa Grill says:

    150-160 was fine 10 years ago… 170 was slow 5 years ago!

200 is the new 150 (for a while now)

    & hitek… well that’s just fast fullon

The association of speed with style/genre is moronic! OOOD was releasing 167 tracks back in 97, now what little box would you like to put that in?
All these sub-sub-sub-genres of an already relatively small genre of EDM are in no way helpful to the development of the music & only serve to divide people & limit their creativity.

There is a time & place for every kind of music. Learn to embrace diversity & let people dance to whatever gets them off. There is no right or wrong EVERYTHING is relative.

If you want to limit yourself to a certain tempo range, that’s your prerogative & you have a huge back catalog of amazing music released (& unreleased) from 2002 till 2008 to enjoy.
& if you truly think all fast music is shit, maybe you need to look a little harder. The most amazing psychedelic music has always been about pushing boundaries & challenging stagnant paradigms.
Just don’t try to get in the way of evolution, as it has a way of steamrolling you into dust & you may just wake up one day & find yourself in a very little box called your mind!!
