Banyan Records presents Treespeak, a new collection of three songs by Parasect, an Italian psytrance producer dedicated to the dark, deep, and organic sounds of the forest and swamp. Although he has been producing for just a short while Parasect is already making waves with his attempts to heal the soul by reinitiating contact between human and plant energy. This release is accompanied by an epigram:
within the forest / darkness hangs like a sheet / leaves rustle under the feet / spirits dance among the trees
sounds unknown / the wind roars and howls / evil is on the prowl / the night grows silent
voices from nowhere / movement in the trees / silent breeze / screams beyond sight touch me deeply
a faster pace / anxiety growing / fear now showing / evil unrelenting
