Pyramidal Trancendence is the debut compilation from Metapsychic Records. It is an impressive piece of work, charting a course through the mystic realms of spiritual Goa trance. Nine artists provide modern interpretations of the classic style popularized by bands such as Etnica and Astral Projection ten years ago. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of this release is the sheer quality of the presentation. Holy cow… The spirit of goa lives. Astrancer’s Dzog Chen is a piece that threw me on the floor. And just now I found out that mastering was done by Colorbox, one of my all-time favourite goa acts. Hoping for more such great releases in the future!

5/5 - beautiful piece of goa music from young tallented artists - a lot of invention, mysticique and spirit. No bad tracks.
This album reminds me oldschool goa trance music in 90’s (Astral Projection, Pleiadians, Transwave, …).
I’m happy that there are people who make this kind of music, not only boring repetitive full-on.

This has to be one of the best Goa V/A’s I have ever heard, that track from Infinite Dimensions is amazing, never heard anything like it!! It looks like another one is coming soon too from this label, I can’t wait :)
