They are systematically removing it's current poor residents with unemployment,sub par city services,a dumbed down school system,and throwing it's current city workers into poverty by offering them contracts that will lead to starvation and home foreclosure. When all is said and done,the affluent will come back and invest big time in Detroit. But at what cost? Detroit will be number one again in the future.
