Ohm Ganesh Pro presents Retro Message, a collection of 14 older tracks by Kalilaskov AS (Vadim Cherkashin). Kalilaskov means “the kind one” in Belorussian and the AS stands for “atomic station”. Vadim is a survivor of the devastation wrought by the nuclear meltdown at the Chernobyl reactor in the former USSR, living very close to the disaster as it happened. Soon after the catastrophe Vadim and his family moved to Israel where he first got exposure to the psytrance scene, and where his new friends dubbed him “the kind one”! As far as his music life goes, Vadim has produced his own material from the word go, first under the french Nabi Records label and now with Blitz Studios, where he’s contracted to make his first full solo album very soon.

Many thanks to all who have contributed to Gaggalacka: A Psychedelic Playground and hence to a great ending to the summer of 2012 in Thuringia, in the middle of Germany. To keep the memory fresh, the Gaggalacka family and Purple Hexagon Records present a collection of nine psytrance tracks and three downbeat tunes reflecting the progression of sound at the festival from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning. This release features live acts who have performed at the event over the last few years as well as three newcomers: Viper (UK), Twisted Nature (Malta), and Nocti Luca (Germany).
