Boston based audio/visual duo Zebbler Encanti Experience, consisting of Ben “Encanti” Cantil and Peter “Zebbler” Berdovsky, serve up their debut album Psychic Projections on Gravitas Recordings. Twelve tracks push the idea of multi-genrism in the truest sense of the word as the pair tackle both sides of the spectrum from face-melting dubstep and moombahton to thought-provoking downtempo and melodic hip hop. One notable unifying bond seeming to hold these tracks together is their continued attention to the psycho-actively sculpted sound design and powerful melodic progressions. With 2012 came many prophecies but none seemed more apparent than the psychedelic success enjoyed by Canadian dubstep masters Tron Sepia (Eric Laufer & Mirek Hamet). Weird Fishes & Other Stories is their highly anticipated debut on Fish ‘n Trips Records, offering a convergence in styles best described as cinematic dubstep-influenced psychedelic wobble music. Not easily caught, but high in psychoactive properties, these “weird fishes” contain huge bass lines, tight beats, and etherial female vocals that will transport the listener to other states of consciousness. Featuring vocals by Gabrielle Laufer, violin by Laurent E. Milo, and artwork by Melodies Visuelles.

Released by Adapted Records, The Shepard Tone showcases six new songs by Electrocado, a multi-genre duo based in Sydney, Australia, consisting of Mr. Bill (Bill Day) and Ryanosaurus (Ryan Whare). Inspired by their recent tour through North America following the breakout success of The Hass Effect, this release integrates the smooth and creamy tones Electrocado is known for while throwing a heavy dollop of glitch hop into the mix. Night Of The Living Kebab (now in TechniBASS) is an experimental collaboration between Messy Mass (Mads Christensen) & Baba Gnohm (Kalle Christensen), two producers from Denmark with a passion for idiosyncratic soundscapes. In the words of the artists, this release is “embodies tunes that will take you on a juvenile journey filled with colours, glitchy breaks, ageless rolling basses and bouncy melodies filled with optimistic hope of brain damage. It is well suited for any situation that calls for a twist of the unorthodox and will leave the listener twirling, spinning and falling over”. For this special re-release of the album we’ve included the previous bonus track “2 Girls 1 Kebab” as well as another track called “Wonk Wagon”. Delicious Music is stoked to release BZZZ, a fresh collection of tunes from Messy Mass, a sonic alchemist from Copenhagen, Denmark. His style can be described as a quirky fusion of multiple genres melting together to form a psychedelic and mind-bending experience. “BZZZ”, as it is used here, is a general term encompassing a variety of phenomena resulting in brain overload, body spasms, and difficulty speaking. The word derives from new nonsense and can be used to describe a variety of undefined and uncategorized sound elements, all of which are seeking the boundaries of modern moronic music. Through weird synthesis, strange breaks, and a truckload of wonky rolling bass lines, Messy Mass is exploring BZZZ with a truly experimental approach, crossing genres and influences to whip up a scrumptious auditory four course offering epitomizing the blissed out vibe a sunny Sunday morning dance floor at an outdoor doof.
