Time Is Passing By is the first free release from WestOne Recordings, a label based in Gothenburg, Sweden, started by Ludvig Sjöstrand and Edvin Dennevi. The focus of the label is techno in all its forms with any kind of influence. This initial offering features three songs by Comcast, a Serbian techno project formed in the summer of 2010 by Nikola Markovski (AKA Tactic Tech) and Iva Arifaj, both of whom have their own solo projects.
