TIP again take the pulse of the trance movement, setting the standard by which others are judged. Totally hip, totally TIP. Think variety. Starting with some typically weird but very memorable GMS sh*t they check out another very (dancefloor) caned track with the X-Dream mix of E-Rection's "Out Here We Are Stoned". How many times have I heard this one? Snake Thing (Nick Taylor) provides the Aussie slant, seemingly undifferentiated after Germanic precision; not my thang. From then on we mover deeper, tweakier, bouncier. Hallucinogen's "Magik" naturally stands out, another would-be classic from the maestro. Psychopod end with the minimal but unlikely "Seriaf". Superbly produced, another winner from the tipsters.

Great compilation apart from the Snakething track which is rubbish. This is certainly a much better collection than 3D was.

My opinion...is that Beyond color is maybe the best trance compilation after the Order odonata records I really loved the Godzilla song. Try it after a few spacecakes!

Man, I really like every track except 5 and 8(just ok). The blizzard of ooze is IT. It's got the best rythem, lots happening.. If you're too impatient to GET it, fforward to 8minutes whre the real drum'n'psy thing gets going. This comp takes chances and it works, track 4 has 3 minutes far-off-liquid-ambient before pounding into repetitive-low trance and then going psy. Hallucinogen's track is good, the airy beats of lone.d with india flavour and a beautiful wobbly spy-melody for the last 3 mins (only samples don't quite work). Track 6, good goa and the first two each have that something special (nice samples).. blah, blah buy it. Only thing that sux is it cost me A$45.

I just exchanged my cd for vinyl 'cause I might get some decks. When I got home I realised TRACKS 3,4 and 5 AREN'T INCLUDED. That's just so damn f*****d up, $45 for 6 tracks. They could have made it a 3 record pack. I had to buy Snake Thing as a single(a miracle they had it).

Yep, TIP Set the standard again...... It just shows up that the other labels just take some shit old DATs from the bottom shelf and put the tracks on a compilation and people buy it and discuss how progressive the sound is. But this is a Fantastic CD

My opinion... absolutly amazing. I heard it last night and it took me to another world . I felt immens joy . The last time I felt like that is when I heard Twisted by hallucinogen for the first time. Thanks Joy

ORGANIC! ORGANIC! WOW, REAL TRANCE. X DREAM DID IT AGAIN, EXCELLENT REMIX, I JUST DISLIKE THE SAMPLER FROM MINISTRYS "JESUS BUILT MY HOTROAD". GMS IS VERY FUNNY AND MAGIK ITS GOOD BUT SAME SH*T FROM SIMON. SNAKE THING IS HARD TO SWALLOW BUT IS A GOOD TRACK. NOT THE BEST TRIP COMP BUT A GOOD ONE.

GMS's 1.3 Crumbs was an absolute acid induced beat,its wonderful if your on something, But overall this album will trance to inhance the mind and spirit. Its a keeper.

My opinion... I was at a goa trance party in Denmark several years ago and heard musik that I later found on Beyond colour cd number2, I wish I could geet the musik again , I lost it to a uncool friend in spain and now I miss all that good musik and memories. Is there a download possibility? Cheers and keep up the good work.
