What we think of it...

Bloody h*ll. Here are my notes: heavy; dark; ugly; aggressive; militaristic; chink-chink; headf*ck music; for folks on lots; where's the melody? Can YOU match up the tracks?
I'm probably being a little harsh but you get the overall picture.... Sorry.

Well transient seemed to piss most of us off again. This compilation should be aptly titled deevolution. Most of the tracks have no sense of humanity or melody whatsoever. Yeah, I guess Transient had the intention of putting a "different" compilation from the rest of the world. And so they did, yep good ole music for the caveman. Remember that the caveman thought that scrathing their behinds was music. Well, here's the same after 10,000 years. 1/10

I agree it's hard to like. Interestingly the cast of characters is pretty strong (Joti, Tristan, Process, Lumen)--so what happened? Is there a scene around this dark, dark material?

pete martin (slide & ux) compiled this album, he is as far as i have heard about a dark as one gets in terms of
trance with the music he makes. So it no is wonder this
compilation is as dark as it is.
if comosis-synergy is trances answer to rock'n'roll
then this is its heavy metal
get the dift here.
I think the above comment about cavemen and scratching is a little harsh, because the music is very well put together, and as far as i can tell the sounds are in no
way a step backwards, if anything forwards. That is this
ablum goes beyond dark towards plain evil.

In my opinion, the best track of the whole is the one by Tristan&ManMadeMan, "Julz" that is. Deep and minddrilling, but in some magic way - beautiful and upkicking (is there such a word ?)
