Ektoplazm is proud to present Creatures Of The Forest, the eagerly anticipated second album by Canadian psytrance producer Ekoplex (Ray Vincent). Following the immense underground success of Journey Of The Turtle, his full-length debut in 2008, Ekoplex returned to his Toronto studio to undertake the evolution of his unique brand of full-on psychedelic morning trance. Now, after nearly two years of intensive work and brazen experimentation, it is time to share the results with the world! Creatures Of The Forest is a seamlessly mixed journey into the heart of the forest ecosystem, where all life is interconnected and the ancient spirit of nature is revealed. This album features vocals by Adam Aves and Viki Ebadi, mastering by Jay Kerner (Southwild), and cover art by Rompfndasl of Neuromantix.

Great album. Better than the first one. The detailing is baffling at times and several tracks have a distinct DragonTales era Koxbox flavour. I can give no higher praise. Really enjoying this!

  • eezz says:

It is one mad album. 5 *

  • gman says:

while overboard with the “save the forest” samples on the first track, by the end this is a rollicking ride. the last half is superior work . I could get busy clocking on overtime in a forest to this. Loved the final track

    Inner focus is impressive !

  • Asica says:

Is this classed as full-on? Or is everything ~142 BPM full on? It seemed more proggy bordering on ambient for me, despite the beats per minute. Actually at first I was looking for something with more dance floor vibe, but as I sunk down into the album I found it really relaxing. My fave tracks were Alchemistics, Seeds & Tree of Life.

    Thanks guys, enjoyable :)

  • zera says:

am i only one who hears man saying “white power” on track give us the creature hmmm..

  • Wow, Amazing Organic sounds..Feels like you are in a jungle n dancing on fullmoon light on a river shore. Truely original and unique.. I mostly listen to Goa,progressive,psydub.. This release is amazingly melodic, not dry..full of moist and breeze, just like u r in a jungle..

    all da best

That is definetly my favourite Style. Your Style is not so overwhelmed of long stretched Trance Chords. Your Effect-Lightning is a real awsome work. Great Work Man! :D

  • david says:

    @zera
“white power” is like light power, the opposite of dark/black power. Like a white magus using his powers to the benefit of everyone, cosmic love. I really don’t see how racial concerns come to mind with this beatiful music?!

  • The Holy Spirit which glorifies Christ has shown me many things that
I can barely express in words. Christian Sermons has come out many times that has confirmed the
Holy Spirit has touched many other. Christian Sermons are indeed a means to express at least
to an extent the ability of Jesus Christ.
Christian Sermons can convict you and almost force you to come to terms with
the power of Jesus Christ. Several Years ago I prayed and prayed
for God to show me the light, the way, and the path for
my motive. How God could bless others through me. Enoch is
an outstanding model of man that walked with God and was taken or interpreted.
Christian Sermons hopes I’ve had and validated the answer to a lot of prayers. Even though you love God you may very well (if not definitely) still sin but you can do the best that you can to prevent temptations that lead to sin.
I come from the family that preaches the Gospel and Christian Sermons are a wonderful way to spread the word of God. I’ve
learned over the years irrespective of what “denomination” you come from does not matter as long as
you understand one core concept: Jesus Christ is the Son of God and come to this
planet to Expire for our salvation. It is crystal
clear for the Bible. The King James version is what is used as Biblical “calibration” but as long
as you understand this you’ve come a very long way from your regular non believer. Genuine Christian Sermons will always confirm or validate this.

  • chris says:

Ekoplex is very similar to Cosmosis. A very soulful music like the electronic Musicians named Lamb http://youtu.be/fOp-kvavhrk
