The Sprawl EP features five songs by Amygdala (Andreas Riemer Christensen), a Danish producer inspired by physiological psychology, science, and cyberpunk. The amygdalæ are a set of almond-shaped nuclei buried deep within the temporal lobes of the human brain that are involved in processing memory and emotional responses. Designed for inner exploration of imaginary intergalactic science fictional futures, Amygdala’s music is influenced most prominently by early Eat Static, Transwave, System 7, and Koxbox. The resulting style can be described as old school, progressive, psychedelic and techy, but every song is its own story crafted to entrance and enthrall the listener. This release has been lovingly mastered by Akhentek at Ilum Studios, B.C., with design and photography by Alexander Synaptic.

Nanospheric is the fourth album from Cybernetika, an independent German producer from Cologne. Since 2003 he has been writing many different types of electronic music with science fiction influences: psychedelic trance, techno, industrial, and drum ‘n bass. Hints of these other styles can be heard on Nanospheric, but it is primarily an atmospheric psytrance album with a heavy emphasis on story-telling. Cybernetika begins the tale with a virtual epigram:

“Both universe and infinitesimal particle, the Nanospheric is an abstract construct beyond our imagination and comprehension. It is a machine deity that forms matter in its own will.”

This album was written in FL Studio, mastered with Wavelab, and features cover artwork by Angie Fouquette.

Digital Family is the first compilation from Digital Diamonds, a German netlabel specializing in deep techno and futuristic techtrance with a psychedelic edge. Compiled by Alic, this release features stellar contributions from label members Dan Rotor, October Rust, Simmetune, and Kalumet as well as promising newcomers Opsy, BitShift, Viker Turrit, and Digital I/O. Well-known acts Fuzzion and FM Radio Gods also provide source material for an intriguing pair of remixes. To round out the credits, Digital Family has been mastered by Volker Jakubzik and features cover art by JP-Huss.
